Extremely good location, DELUXE hotel and also very clean. Its 20 mins walk to the center. Nick's Place, where you can eat, is walking distance to the venue.

It is great value for money. We had a bungalow with a minibar, a writing table and ironing facilities. Hotel provides shuttle service too. It was near to Tamarind Beach.
Tbh, the street was usually noisy.
